Elizabeth Foote
College is an exciting and unique period in a person's life. While college is often a positive experience, it's also common for college students to experience high levels of stress and mental health difficulties.
I enjoy working with college students struggling with a variety of concerns, including eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and difficulty adjusting to college. Additionally, I'm trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for folks who have survived a traumatic event.
As a queer Jewish therapist, I bring my lived experience to the students I work with.
