My expertise is working with survivors of child abuse, sexual violence and those struggling in their interpersonal life. Sometimes in our life our values, goals and boundaries change. It can be difficult to navigate and negotiate those changes. I'm here to help. I love challenging my clients and, even more, I love when they challenge me. I've seen tremendous growth in myself and my clients from this dynamic. I wanted to be a therapist because I wanted to be the person I needed when I was growing up. I can say confidently that I have become that person.
