Accepting clients Last Updated 8 days ago

I work with people navigating the effects of trauma, difficult relationships, and life experiences that can feel overwhelming to process alone. Many clients come after experiencing intimate partner violence or sexual assault, or when they feel stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure how to move forward. With nearly a decade supporting survivors of trauma, I provide warm, trauma-informed care that is grounded in safety and trust. I also offer ADHD-informed support, helping with focus, organization, emotional regulation and self-understanding. Together, we build coping skills, emphasize strengths, and create space for healing and meaningful change.
