Hi, I’m Lizzie, a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a background in nursing and a passion for helping young adults manage their mental health. I know starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you're juggling the stress of school, relationships, and figuring out your future. That’s why I’m here—to listen, support, and help you create a plan that works for your unique situation.

I specialize in working with young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and more. I also focus on women’s health and mood and eating disorders. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what’s next, my goal is to help you feel more in control and balanced.

In our sessions, we’ll work together to explore how your thoughts and emotions are impacting your daily life. I use a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and supportive therapy to give you tools to manage stress, improve your mood, and build confidence. Therapy is a space where you can talk about your worries, fears, and goals openly—and my job is to make sure you feel comfortable doing that.

I believe in whole-person care, which means we’ll talk about all aspects of your life—your relationships, your habits, and how you take care of yourself mentally and physically. I also provide medication management when helpful, and together, we’ll decide what’s best for you.

I’ve seen firsthand how early recognition and the right care can prevent symptoms from worsening. That’s why I’m passionate about helping students like you develop strong, supportive treatment plans that meet your needs.

When I'm not working, I love cooking for friends and staying active to keep my own energy and mood balanced. I’m currently mastering the art of sourdough bread!

If you’re ready to take the next step, let’s connect. The first session is all about getting to know each other, and I encourage you to come with any questions or concerns. I’m here to help you navigate this journey with understanding and care.
