Accepting clients Last Updated 7 days ago

People seek therapy for many reasons, to make changes or process difficult experiences. My goal is to help you better understand yourself and it is essential to me that you feel heard and accepted in our work. Then we can explore together the changes you want to make in your life and how I can support you to enact those changes. You are the expert in your life and I want to help you move in a direction that feels best for you. I honor the range of identities (gender, ethnicity, sexuality, etc.) and strengths that you bring to therapy.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, warm, and active. I enjoy working with a variety of concerns, but most often work with food and body image concerns, gender identity development, anxiety, issues facing college students, trauma, depression and relationship issues. I also provide gender affirming therapy and gender confirmation support letters.
Therapy tends to be most successful when clients feel empowered to ask questions and share feedback. I offer a free phone consultation to see if I would be a good fit for your needs. I look forward to supporting you in your personal exploration and growth.
