Hello! My name is Elise Nunez. I am the Owner and Founder of Authority 2 Heal Counseling, LLC. I am a Christian faith-based, bilingual and bicultural, Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have dedicated my career to helping children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in addressing different challenges around mental health and wellness.

Since obtaining my Masters Degree, I have held clinical positions as a Crisis Clinician, IICAPS Clinician and Outpatient Clinician with different community-based non-profit organizations. I have gained extensive experience working with people with dual diagnoses, substance abuse, affective disorders, personality disorders and self-harming behaviors. I also have professional counseling experience working as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, with a focus working with clients with multiple disabilities, assisting them with obtaining, maintaining, and retaining employment.

Throughout my career, I have enjoyed and excelled at helping to empower clients to live better more meaningful lives, by helping them focus first on inner growth and self-improvement. I provide a comprehensive set of clinical and faith-based services to help boost your confidence and offer support as you navigate through your journey of mental, emotional, and spiritual healing.
