Are you going through a period of change or adjustment? Do you find yourself feeling anxious, depressed, or unsure about yourself? My clients are motivated to understand their symptoms and learn strategies to manage them. They come to me for help improving their moods/relationships and coping with change. Together, we will work to understand how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors are connected; build your self-esteem; and help you reach your full potential.
