I work with people who feel stressed out or who are having reactions to difficult or traumatic experiences.

I especially enjoy helping people process experiences unique to the LGBTQIA+ community.

I have over 15 years of experience and specialized training in EMDR (a treatment for trauma) and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy).

Working with me feels like a collaborative conversation where I provide warmth and compassion as we strive to better understand the things that have been weighing you down.
