Hi! I’m Elisa Diaz (she/her). I am a psychotherapy fellow at Roamers Therapy under the supervision of Shaysa Villa, LCSW.

Sometimes, it is normal and natural to feel overwhelmed and lost. During these moments, it is courageous to step toward your inner world and explore self-care. Often, we can’t do it alone, and therapy can provide the structure and support to help you take that step. Therapy can be a journey where you feel understanding, compassion, and encouragement. Embarking on your journey toward better mental health is a courageous decision, and I engage with you in the process with eagerness and deep commitment to support you along the way. In our sessions, I will hold a safe space for you free from judgment. I invite you to come as you are.

I prioritize forming a genuine connection with you and aim for our work together to feel collaborative. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, integrative, and holistic, where I incorporate different approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Gottman Method, and Art therapy interventions.

My practice focuses on assisting my clients with anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, PTSD, autism, eating disorders, OCD, and issues related to the LGBTQI+ community, guiding them through personalized therapeutic approaches. By addressing your specific challenges, we will create a strong foundation for personal growth.
