I am a licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years of experience. I enjoy working with young adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, and life stressors.
I provide a psychodynamic approach and utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Creative Expression, and mindfulness. I am able to see clients both virtual and at my Lakeville office to help accommodate your needs. I am currently accepting morning and afternoon clients.
