Hi there! It is brave to seek counseling and recognize there are things happening you need help with. It's okay that life gets too big to handle on our own sometimes. That's part of being human. People need other people.
I have experience working with all kinds of people with all kinds of struggles. I have particular specialties in working with LGBTQIA concerns, addictions and substance use, identity concerns, mood disorders, ADHD, and life transitions.
I am a neurodiverent human, so I am a bit distractable, and have a beautiful store of creativity and curiosity. I am a proud member of the LGBTQIA community. To me this means that you being you, whoever that is, is a safe thing to be with me. My hope is we get to work together towards whichever directions you need to be a healthy you.
