In a goal-focused, collaborative way, I help my clients understand & modify ineffective relational & behavioral patterns. Informed by psychodynamic theory, I conceptualize clients' struggles in a holistic & integrative way, as I apply cognitive-behavioral approaches to bring about real change. Using a mix of cognitive, behavioral, & insight-oriented strategies I have been successful in helping clients better manage their self-esteem, relationship issues, past trauma, anxiety, panic & depression.
