At Eirene Counseling and Consulting, our mission is to provide mental health services to
the overlooked, underserved, and minoritized communities of the Greater Richmond
area and all of Virginia. We are dedicated in making sure we provide culturally sensitive
and trauma informed care to our clients.
We have in person and telehealth sessions available with our multiple providers who treat
common mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress, loss and phase of life
concerns. We also specialize in treating racial trauma, family of origin issues, 1st and 2nd
generation American identity development, and LGBTQIA+ concerns.
Our demographic are children as young as 5 years old to older adults. While the
services we provide are individual, couple, family, and group counseling to our
clients. We hope you continue to choose us to help support the community!
I chose the name ‘eirene’ for the company because it means peace and ‘weaving together what has been separated’. When we deal with what life throws at us (anxiety, stress, trauma, etc) it separates us from ourselves.
Here, we help you by focusing on your relationships. Connecting you with yourself, those around you, nature and even your faith to help you heal and come back to you.
Healing happens in community and we hope you will welcome us into yours!
