Hi there! Curious about our name ‘Eclectic Therapy Collective?’ For starters, just call us ETC. At ETC, we are a collective group of therapists who use an approach called eclectic therapy. We seek to directly meet the client and their needs by integrating techniques from many different therapy modalities to form the most effective treatment plan. We understand that one of the most challenging aspects of the therapeutic process is finding a warm, judgment-free zone for reflection and growth, as well as a space which helps you develop an effective toolkit of coping skills and strategies.
Our practice is completely virtual, and our therapists are skilled in a variety of theoretical orientations. Depending on your individual therapist and treatment plan, modalities are art therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, expressive arts, family systems, mindfulness and much more.
Please reach out to us so we can help you identify the best fit therapist on our team.
Some of our specialities include: ADHD, anger management, adjustment, anxiety, dual disorders/substance use, depression, grief, trauma/PTSD. Our belief in an eclectic approach also emphasizes the importance of cultural competency and spiritual/religious values in our work.
