Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists

There comes a time when we all need support in remembering who we are. So many of us have learned to shrink, perform, or lose ourselves in order to belong. This can leave us feeling disconnected, lonely, overwhelmed, or unsure of who we are beneath the roles we've learned to carry. You may be thoughtful, capable, deeply feeling, and exhausted from carrying so much. Many of the individuals I work with are highly sensitive, often therapists, healers, helpers, and cycle-breakers, longing for deeper authenticity, secure attachment, meaningful relationships, self-trust, and a more wholehearted connection with themselves and their lives.

My approach to therapy is warm, relational, holistic, and depth-oriented. Together we explore patterns, wounds, relationships, and nervous system responses keeping you stuck while helping you reconnect with your authentic self. I integrate attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, parts work, and somatic awareness to support healing and healthier relationships.

Healing often begins when we no longer feel the need to hide who we are in order to feel loved, accepted, or safe. Therapy can become a space to slow down, breathe, reconnect with yourself, and begin creating change from the inside out. You do not have to navigate everything alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you in the process.
