We specialize in disordered eating, anxiety and addiction. Our passion is assisting clients who want recovery, but require guidance. We are trauma-trained and assist clients with the emotional regulation to stay present and cope in healthy ways to periods of emotional upheaval. In this process, clients learn to access their own sense of self. If your goal is beyond symptom reduction and into life-long, transformation, we are here to help you achieve it.
Our primary therapeutic approach is Internal Family Systems (IFS), an evidence-based and deeply transformative model. Brooke, in particular, has worked many years in the eating disorder and addiction recovery communities and has seen IFS transform lives.
