Dwellness provides in-home therapeutic services to individuals and families across the lifespan via home-based and teletherapy practices. Our clinicians specialize in different developmental periods and therapeutic techniques, which allows for an individualized treatment approach to address each client’s support needs.

To best support our clients’ needs, our clinicians draw from therapeutic techniques including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), family systems therapy, gestalt therapy, motivational interviewing, rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), and psychodynamic psychotherapy.

Dwellness In-Home Psychological Services, PLLC is not an in-network provider for any insurance plans. Some insurance plans have out-of-network benefits that cover part of the cost of these visits.

Rates

First session $300
Ongoing sessions $250
Sliding Scale Offered: A sliding scale fee "slides" to try to meet the needs of clients who are unable to pay the full fee. Details can be discussed upon consultation.
