Dwell Psychological Services

Psychologist, PsyD, Licensed Psychologist
Accepting clients Last Updated 22 days ago

I work with teens and adults who feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, discouraged, or worn down by chronic pain. Together, we pursue healing that honors both your mental health and your faith. My approach is grounded in clinical psychology, with the option to thoughtfully integrate Christian spirituality and/or address religious trauma in a way that is respectful, collaborative, and aligned with your values.

As therapy progresses, you’ll begin to notice meaningful shifts. Life, work, and relationships will feel lighter and steadier. Moments of genuine joy will return. When difficult thoughts or emotions arise, they won’t pull you under. Instead of spiraling into overthinking or self-criticism, you’ll respond with clarity, wisdom, and self-compassion. The harsh inner voice softens, replaced by one that is kinder and more truthful.

The world may still feel uncertain at times, but it will no longer feel hopeless.

If you’re wondering whether we might be a good fit, I invite you to learn more about my story and approach.
