Feeling truly heard and understood can be a powerful part of the healing process. Therapy offers a space to explore your emotions and experiences with confidence, and that starts with a strong therapeutic relationship. By fostering trust, safety, empathy, and a nonjudgmental atmosphere, my goal is to create a space where you feel supported in whatever you're facing.

I tailor evidence-based treatments to fit your unique needs. Helping you make sense of what you are going through, grow in ways that feel meaningful, and develop practical skills that work in your everyday life. I work with adults and teens (16+) who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, stress, and self-esteem challenges.

I believe that together we can achieve more than we can alone. Whether you’re looking for healing, growth, or just a space to sort through your thoughts and feelings, therapy can be a valuable step. I’m here to help you make progress at your own pace. I look forward to working with you.
