I work with autistic people who are navigating isolation, depression, and anxiety. I also work with disordered eating and gender dysphoria. At the heart of my work is a commitment to practicing psychological flexibility, the ability to stay present, connect with what matters most, and take action aligned with your values, even when it’s difficult. This allows us to shift from rigid patterns of coping into more empowering ways of engaging.

I offer comprehensive psychological testing for autism, ADHD, learning differences, eating disorders, and mood-related issues. I provide evaluations for school/work accommodations and gender-affirming care.

You can expect me to approach therapy and assessment from a neurodivergent-affirming, gender diversity-affirming, and body liberation lens. I recognize that many experiences of distress are deeply tied to systems of marginalization, and I strive to create a space where all aspects of your identity are welcomed and honored.
