Dr.Divya Nawalrai
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking personal growth, I’m here to help you meet the best version of yourself.
For over 17 years, I’ve offered a safe, supportive, and collaborative space for individuals who are ready to grow and move forward with intention. My style is warm, compassionate, and light-hearted and I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being fully yourself.
I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have advanced training and expertise in providing evidenced based and trauma-informed therapies to include, Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for trauma and depression, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotional dysregulation, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you realign life with your values.
What to expect in sessions with me:
Together, we’ll explore patterns, process painful life experiences, and build practical tools to help you manage stress, improve relationships, cope with the unexpected, and cultivate resilience. My hope is that you leave therapy with a stronger sense of who you are, greater emotional clarity, and the confidence to navigate life’s challenges.
