Dr. Wendy O’Connor is a Stanford-trained clinical psychologist dedicated to helping college students navigate the unique academic, social, and personal challenges of the college years.

Drawing on over two decades of experience in private practice, Dr. O’Connor specializes in evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and positive psychology, to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, identity development, and academic pressures.

A recognized leader in college mental health, Dr. O’Connor brings both deep clinical expertise and a warm, collaborative style that resonates with emerging adults.
