Psychologist, PsyD
CampusCare Counseling, PLLC
Accepting clients Last Updated Today

I work as a psychologist at CampusCare Counseling, providing quality mental health services to young adults.

I work from a relational, psychodynamic perspective prioritizing the therapeutic relationship as a mechanism of change. I integrate techniques from mindfulness, ACT, DBT, IFS, and Gestalt modalities to support healthy coping, self-compassion, and development of insight. I believe it is critical to understand the individual within the context of the systems around them, including oppressive, societal forces that impact psychological wellness.
