“Growth comes at the point of resistance.” ~ The Art of Learning... Life comes with ebbs and flows, with some experiences more difficult than others and with some experiences - life changing. If you are in a transitional space, feeling overwhelmed with emotions, confused about life decisions, or feeling stuck, perhaps a safe space, to process with an objective Clinician might help. I engage in integrative approaches and work with adolescents, adults, and my training includes substance abuse counseling, court-involved and mandated therapy.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over six yeas of experience; hold a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, supervising Counselors in training. My experience comprises of working with people living with various mental health/behavioral conditions, to include severe / persistent mental illnesses, co-occurring disorders, and group counseling.
