Mental health challenges can affect every part of your life, but finding the right support makes a difference. Whether you’re managing ADHD, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), or perinatal mood disorders, I provide personalized care to help you regain balance and work toward the life you want.

I specialize in ADHD treatment, especially for those who feel they’ve run out of options or been told they’re "impossible to treat." Together, we’ll explore tailored medication options and practical strategies to help you focus, stay organized, and achieve your goals. I also have experience working with students and young adults navigating academic and career transitions and can help you build resilience during times of uncertainty or change.

If spirituality or existential questions are important to you, I welcome the opportunity to integrate them into our work. For women experiencing perinatal mood disorders, I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support to help you through this transformative time in your life.

With training from Columbia University and a range of clinical experiences, including intensive psychiatric care, I’ve seen the power of collaborative, patient-centered care. You are the expert in your life, and I’m here to guide and support you with therapy, medication management, or both. Together, we’ll focus on strategies that align with your needs and goals, creating a path that feels right for you.

Let’s work together to help you take the next step toward wellness—on your terms.
