Dr. Meredith Maroney
I enjoy working collaboratively with young adults and adolescents navigating identity exploration and development, relationship challenges, and transitions. Many of my clients are LGBTQ+, Autistic, college students, or those who may be wondering about the intersection of queerness and neurodivergence. I strive to meet clients where they are at and work collaboratively to identify needs and goals.
My approach to counseling informed by relational and emotionally focused lenses. I work with clients from culturally responsive and identity-affirming perspectives and consider the impact of sociocultural identities on current distress. Clients have appreciated my compassionate and direct approach, and the use of humor as part of a strong relationship.
I offer free 15 minute consultations for those who are interested in services. I believe that therapist fit is very important and want to make sure you can connect with a provider that meets your needs.
