We all experience difficult challenges and transitions which can cause painful feelings and disrupt our lives. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, collaborative, and professional relationship to help you navigate these challenges. My roles as a college professor and career counselor inform my expertise in navigating academic and career issues for students and professionals. I also specialize in difficult life transitions, relationship difficulties, exploring salient identities, and managing anxiety/ depression, while utilizing culturally sensitive and empirically informed treatments. I believe that it is important to find a therapist you connect well with. I welcome you to contact me to see if I am a good fit for you and your concerns.
