My private practice is on Friday nights and Saturdays. I can provide teletherapy to individuals located in 42 states (listed on my website).

To help you decide if I am a good match for your therapy needs, please watch my "Mental Health - Thoughts Feelings Behaviors" video on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MppCYqZp1o8). Even if we do not get a chance to work together, I hope you find the information in the video helpful.
