College can be both exciting and overwhelming. Whether you're navigating academic stress, relationship challenges, or adjusting to life away from home for the first time, it’s normal to feel stuck, anxious, or unsure of yourself at times. You don’t have to face these challenges alone. As a licensed psychologist, I provide a compassionate, supportive space where you can explore your feelings, gain clarity, and develop the skills you need to thrive in college and beyond. My goal is to help you manage stress, build resilience, and discover a greater sense of balance during this important stage of life.

I’m a clinical psychologist based in Michigan, and authorized via PSYPACT to provide telehealth services in over 40 states. I specialize in supporting college students and young adults as they navigate major life transitions, academic pressures, social challenges, identity exploration, and mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression.

I currently offer telehealth appointments for college students and young adults. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’d be a good fit!
