Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet significantly challenging time in one’s life. As a young adult in college or early in your career, you have likely come across many stressors while striving to find your place in the world, both socially, and in terms of education and work. It can be difficult to find a healthy life balance, particularly when stress, anxiety, sleep problems, or burnout have become a normal part of your life. You might be feeling stressed or burning out from always needing to be on top of your game.

Most young adults who come to work with me are used to doing it all (and doing it well) on their own. It can feel weird to ask for help. Together, we will discover the self-understanding and skills necessary to help you better manage stress and balance demands in and outside of work.

My practice specializes in evaluations for ADHD, learning disorders, autism, and anxiety. I offer psychoeducational testing for college board (e.g, ACT/SAT, LSAT) exam accommodations.
