Dr. Kristen Springer
Managing OCD, anxiety, and/or depression on top of the demands of work, school, social responsibilities, family responsibilities, or even leisure time is exhausting. It takes so much time and energy to deal with anxiety and takes you away from the things you care about. You deserve to feel better and do more than just try to get through your day.
I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment and work collaboratively with you in an empathic manner using evidence-based treatment, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (or exposure and response prevention for OCD). Finding a therapist who fits what you are looking for can be a challenging experience. I admire your bravery in taking this first step. If you have questions about my practice, background, or approach we can set up a call to discuss if it would be a good fit.
