I'm Dr. Kirsten Allen, a Sport and Performance Psychologist and former collegiate swimmer passionate about helping high performers thrive—on and off the field.

At Collaborative Minds Performance Psychology, I work with high-achieving, college student-athletes to optimize performance and cultivate a more intentional, fulfilling life—grounded in science, collaboration, and growth.

I’m energized by seeing others thrive. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based methods—drawing from ACT, mindfulness, CBT, and strengths-based, solution-focused practices tailored to each client’s goals.

In our first sessions, we’ll get clear on your goals and create a plan that feels both focused and supportive. Together, we’ll uncover practical tools you can start using right away to handle challenges with more ease. Many clients find meaningful progress within anywhere from 3 to 12 sessions, with the option to continue at a pace that fits their needs.
