I have been a practicing Psychologist in the Charleston area since 1997. My office is located three blocks from the College of Charleston. Many of my client's are college students who display symptoms of anxiety and depression associated with difficulties adjusting to college life. I have been a college professor for many years, so I relate well to the challenges of college life. It takes courage to seek help. I find that those who engage in treatment benefit when they put effort into learning skills to manage emotions and developing principles.
