Please feel free to view my bio on the Therapeutic Wellness Center's website for additional information about me.
I am a licensed psychologist currently providing telehealth services to those in Georgia and Massachusetts, and in-person services to those in Massachusetts. I often work with college students, young adults, and thirty-somethings who are experiencing anxiety, social anxiety, depressive symptoms, intense or overwhelming emotions, prior trauma/stressful experiences, Autism/Asperger's, and ADHD. I consider myself a resolutely queer-affirming therapist.
I seek to provide a safe and affirming space for all that I meet with. I typically utilize CBT, person-centered, and mindfulness-based approaches to therapy, but often integrate other therapeutic modalities to suit each unique individual's needs (e.g., a feminist approach, DBT-skills work, and interpersonal process therapy). I tend to be patient, warm, and kind in my work, while also remaining openly curious and inquisitive about what may be keeping you stuck.
I hope this information is helpful to you as you determine your next steps. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions.
