If you are ready to see change, I am ready to help you get there.
I bring Compassion Focused Therapy such gender affirming care, nature based counseling, written therapies and Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) to support individuals with skills to grow. I focus on strengths based work to help my clients improve their lives and relationships.
