If you're feeling stuck or struggling with anxiety, depression, or PTSD, you don't have to navigate this alone. Whether you're dealing with stress from school, relationships, or the pressure to figure out what's next, support is available.

With a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Fairfield University and seven years of experience in behavioral health, I've worked with adults facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and co-occurring disorders. My background includes working in non-profit mental health services, where I supported people in their recovery and helped them regain a sense of control over their lives. I understand the unique challenges of young adulthood—uncertainty about the future, feeling stuck, or struggling to balance responsibilities—and I'm here to help you work through them.

Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. Our work will focus on your strengths, making small but meaningful changes that support your mental wellness. Using CBT, aspects of DBT, and motivational interviewing, we'll explore thought patterns, build coping skills, and create space for real growth. Lifestyle factors can also play a big role in mental health, so we'll consider how daily habits impact your well-being.

You set the pace. No pressure, no judgment—just a space to be heard and supported. You deserve to feel better, and I'm here to help.
