My therapeutic interests as a woman therapist include the perinatal and postpartum phases of life, as well as working with women who are undergoing life-changes and experiencing high levels of stress and burnout. Using mindful intention, evidence-based approaches, and a little bit of humor, we will work together to identify your unique set of strengths, gain insight into what makes you tick, and develop tools and strategies to enhance and improve your daily life.
