Dr. Jennifer Bradley, Clinical Psychologist
I see clients who are struggling with all kinds of issues, from depression and anxiety to relationship problems to trauma. I work with clients to heal past difficulties that are contributing to a lack of satisfaction with their lives in the present, as well as helping them create balance in multiple areas of their lives (physical factors, emotional factors, and interpersonal factors). I use EMDR therapy as a primary modality for processing difficult experiences (both big T and little t traumas), and mindfulness and polyvagal work for practices of balance and stabilization for resilience.
