Together, we will identify and address unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, as well as explore challenges and hindrances, to help you function at your full potential. I work closely with you to tailor treatment to your unique needs, using a collaborative approach. I draw from various therapeutic modalities, with a primary focus on CBT.
I take an active, culturally sensitive approach in practice, equipping you with skills and practical tools to help you maintain the benefits of therapy beyond our sessions. I have widespread experience working with a diverse population and a variety of disorders including depression, anxiety disorders, relationship and adjustment issues, PTSD, ADHD and OCD.
