Hi there! I'm happy you've found my page. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist at Howard County Psychological Services, LLC with over 10 years of training and experience working with kids, teens, and young adults (0-25y) to cope with social, emotional, behavioral, and stress/trauma-related concerns. I also have experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals through their identity exploration/development. I collaborate closely with clients to set goals for therapy, and I integrate a variety of research-backed treatment modalities to suit each client's unique needs. I create space for folks to be their authentic selves to do the tough and rewarding work of building a satisfying life (whether that means getting sent to time out less, getting along better with a sibling, or getting a meaningful job). Regardless of age or presenting concerns, I work to create an affirming and empowering space that feels welcoming and safe for all. The clients/families I've worked with have described me as patient, validating, and understanding. I also know the important role that parents play in reaching these goals for kids & preteens, and welcome your participation in your child's care as appropriate. Finding the right person to work with you to meet your goals can be hard. I hope you'll reach out to see if we're a good fit together! Talk soon :)
