Dr. Heather Chelton
Welcome! So glad you are here. College can be a very stressful time socially, academically and emotionally often leading to feelings of inadequacy, depression and anxiety. I specialize in working with emerging/young adults in college and have almost two decades of experience across educational, behavioral health and clinical settings.
College can be a difficult time of change, transition, and vulnerability. My vision is to deliver transformative clinical services for clients that foster emotional healing, inclusivity, and resilience for a more productive, connected and purposeful life.
In our sessions, you can expect to feel safe, validated and empowered to heal, gain perspective, and healthy coping skills. You will feel encouragement to get "unstuck"' as we join together towards healing, resilience and accomplishing treatment goals. It is an honor to join you on your healing journey. Relief and living a meaningful and happy life is in reach!
