Accepting clients Last Updated 9 days ago

You've made it through past challenges and find yourself achieving, accomplishing, and appearing to have it together on the outside. While you have a drive to check items off your to-do list, you feel empty from the constant striving. You're still searching for ways to make sense of your past, better understand your feelings and relationships, and unpack the stories you tell yourself about who you are. You want to explore your values and feel like your life is aligned with them. You’re feeling anxious about the vulnerability that comes with these explorations but also eager to do so. I’m here to guide and support you.

I'll encourage you to come as you are and use therapy as a space to practice showing up as your full, uncensored, and authentic self. Similarly, you won't get blank slate responses from me. I'll show up alongside you and nudge you to dive deeper. I'll help you reflect on your feelings, relational narratives, and values. Then, we'll work together to put these reflections into action.

I help clients to address any current challenges and to build lives in which they feel connected, joyful, and worthy. I particularly enjoy working with clients whose marginalized identities (women, LGBTQ+, neurodivergent) contribute to them feeling like they are not good enough and need to be constantly achieving. You are worthy just as you are.

I am accepting new clients for telehealth sessions. Please reach out with any questions and to explore how I can support you. I'm happy to provide a 15-minute phone consultation to see if we're a good fit to work together.
