I work across the lifespan, and have openings for therapy, parent support/consultation, and adult autism assessments. You'll find my approach to be strengths-focused, neuroaffirmative, and trauma-informed, and to involve a lot of self-compassion.
I can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
