Dr. Del Psychotherapy in Princeton, LCSW PLLC is a group practice in Princeton New Jersey. We are currently providing tele-health and eventually in-person sessions. We specialize in psychodynamic and psychoanalytically oriented therapy that focuses on relational healing. We also work to foster an anti-oppressive, LGBTQ+ affirming and anti-racist approach to therapy. We clinicians who are licensed in New York and New Jersey.
Our early childhood experiences shape how we feel about ourselves and who we feel we get to be. Therapy helps us to build the tools to reach for our dreams. It also helps us build our confidence and self esteem. We believe we all have a right to be happy. We also have the right to figure out who we are and how to live authentic lives.
We understand and have learned from our own personal experiences how to navigate anxiety, depression, confusion, life transitions, family relationships, friendships, romantic relationships and feelings of being stuck. These are all normal feelings that we've all experienced. With therapy you learn new perspectives which helps you to manage these feelings. You also mostly important will learn how to process your feelings. Feeling is the only way to experience real living.
