I enjoy working with people who are growth-oriented and strive to better themselves. I am here to guide you and support you! Many people have anxieties, sleep problems, difficulties with depression/mood, stress with life transitions, relationship problems, or general stress. Together we can explore many great tools and skills that can help you improve and change these negative patterns. I strive to offer the best evidence-based treatments, and work authentically with you. We can work together to help you grow and overcome stressors!
