Dr. Christine L Clark
As a licensed psychologist in New York, I specialize in working with both adolescents and adults who are facing anxiety, life changes, self-esteem struggles, stress, and challenges related to major life changes (such as going to college). My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and integrative. I combine evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and mindfulness techniques. This combination helps address the unique challenges you may be facing while building self-awareness and self-compassion along the way.
In our sessions, you can expect to share your story, and I will take the time to truly understand your experiences. Together, we’ll work to identify your needs and start developing strategies for managing stress and navigating life’s transitions. I believe that the therapeutic journey should be a partnership, and I’ll be there with you every step of the way
