Dr. Carly Miller is a compassionate psychiatrist dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate mental health challenges with care and understanding. She completed her residency at Berkshire Medical Center, where she provided treatment for adults, children, and adolescents across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings.
Dr. Miller takes a patient-centered approach, integrating psychotherapy and medication management to support each person’s unique needs. She is also passionate about community education and improving mental health systems to ensure accessible, high-quality care for all.
She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine and her Bachelor’s degree in Biobehavioral Health from Penn State University.
Collaborative Counseling Center (CCC) is an outpatient mental health center in Columbia that provides high-quality services—both in-person and via telehealth—to children, adolescents, adults, and families across the Greater Baltimore-Washington area.

Our multidisciplinary team of skilled and compassionate mental health professionals works closely together to support clients in achieving emotional wellness.
