My approach to therapy begins within an environment of warmth, collaboration, and trust. Here, you and I will strive toward your self-healing through the development of deep insight into your unique history, personality structure, and relationship patterns. Over time, you should notice ease with your desired life changes, substance dependency, hard-to-handle emotions, isolation and loneliness, identity conflicts, or relationships. My approaches to treatment are personalized to ensure that we meet your goals, whether through use of cognitive behavioral and/or depth-oriented psychodynamic therapies.

Whether focused on shorter-term needs (i.e. insomnia or trauma treatment) or long-term change (i.e. longstanding personality and relationship patterns), we will also pay close attention to what happens within our co-created therapeutic space, as what occurs within our own relationship can offer valuable insights into your life outside of the therapy room.

Your unique cultural, religious, or identity contexts will be both honored and integrated into therapy. If you feel we would be a good fit, please feel free to reach out through email or by calling Big Sky Psychological Consortium to schedule an initial appointment.
