Relational Therapist & Former Attorney | Specializing in High-Functioning Anxiety, Depression, and Complex Trauma

I specialize in working with students and professionals who are used to "thinking" their way through life. As a former attorney (JD), I have a first-hand understanding of the high-pressure, high-stakes environments of NYC’s top academic institutions. I know how easy it is to use your intellect as a shield and the unstated exhaustion that comes from maintaining a put together exterior while feeling disconnected or burnt out on the inside.

My approach is collaborative, non-pathologizing, and deeply relational. We don’t just manage symptoms; we look at your internal blueprints. These are the early patterns and expereinces that continue to show up as relationship insecurity, self-doubt, or a sense of emptiness.

I provide a specialized and affirming space for:
- High-Functioning Anxiety: Moving toward an ability to rest and remain grounded without losing your drive.
- Complex Trauma & CSA Recovery: A container for deep healing.
- Relational Depth: Navigating intimacy, attachment, and expansive relationship structures (CNM/Poly/Kink).
- Grief & Identity: Supporting the often messy, non-linear process of loss and self-discovery.

I am particularly attuned to the needs of the LGBTQ+ community and those navigating non-traditional identities. Whether you’re a law student struggling with the curve or an artist exploring your identity, I offer a space where your intellect and your emotions can finally coexist.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. I understand the student schedule and offer a streamlined, low-pressure way to start the process.
