If you are reading this, I would like to welcome you to my practice and encourage you to pursue the positive changes you are seeking. Life can be hard, change is difficult; however, I believe by addressing these issues together, finding a balanced and healthy path is possible.
I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, which helps with understanding the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as other effective methods for dealing with life's ups and downs.
I am a certified eating disorder specialist and have experience working with those who are struggling to address unhelpful eating patterns, and body image distress.
Whether you are adjusting to the changes of being away from home, academic challenges, anxiety, depression, or managing new relationships, you will find a comfortable and welcoming environment in which to collaboratively address these issues together.
I look forward to hearing from you.
